WHAT IS THE FLOW OF THE EXPERIENCE?

Arrive to the hotel 15 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment. Approach our welcoming reception team to check-in for your scheduled services. Once complete, our masterful therapists will escort you to Liliana, acquainting you with the serene atmosphere. Once the service is complete, you will have an additional 30 minutes in Liliana’s private oasis. Once your time has concluded, the therapist(s) will escort you to reception; if you are a guest of the hotel, you may simply return to your guest room to continue your journey of complete relaxation.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

Guests must be 21 or older to book and receive services..

ARE THERE SAFETY PROTOCOLS/RESTRICTIONS FOR PREGNANT CLIENTS?

For the safety of clients in the midst of their pregnancy, we offer a soothing Pre-natal massage. However, we are unable to service clients that are not beyond their 12th week of pregnancy.

ARE SPA SERVICES EXCLUSIVE TO HOTEL GUESTS?

WHAT ARE THE LATE ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?

A 24-hour notice is required for changes to, or cancellations of, reservations. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment and charge the full service amount.
